All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds under any circumstances, except in cases where the product is defective or damaged upon arrival.

Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us within 24 Hours of receiving your order at khayratcollection@yahoo.com with: 

- Your order number
- A clear photo of the damaged or defective product
We will review your request and, if approved, provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Exceptions
We do not offer refunds or exchanges for: Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
Incorrect size, color, or product selection by the customer
Items that have been used, worn, or altered.
